With such a large and active membership to manage, effective communication tools are essential. Before NoteRouter, BRR was struggling with ClickDimensions, a platform that created significant operational challenges:
"The reporting process was very much manual and pretty painful," explains Taylor Gray, Director of Growth and Strategic Communications at BRR. "We didn't really know where we were and weren't hitting the mark because extracting data for click rates and open rates gave us very little detail despite how much time we were spending on it."
The clunky, antiquated interface wasn't just frustrating, it was actually limiting their design potential. "When you're playing in something that's so antiquated, it makes you put yourself in a mindset that's different than what's new, what's fresh," Taylor notes.
