The Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of REALTORS® (CSMAR) is a midsized California association dedicated to supporting its members’ businesses and strengthening the REALTOR® community.
Despite having a strong staff team and working with a third-party vendor, CSMAR struggled with declining member engagement. Open rates were dropping, event attendance was harder to drive, and achieving quorum for membership votes was increasingly difficult.
